Printing DVD jackets
4 panel CD/ DVD jackets typically contain 3 to 4 DVDs or CDs in individual sleeves with 8 surfaces available for printing. These panels, when packed, are folded on top of one another to form a sleek, single panel, and further options can be used to customize the look and layout of the jacket design. These jackets are typically used to package product support information, such as installation or help DVDs, software products and Game DVDs.
Full-Color jacket printing
We offer high quality printing services for 4-panel CD/DVD jackets at low cost and within a very short lead time. The common paper stock used for printing these covers is typically a 12-pt or 14pt card paper, however, materials such as PVC and Vinyl are also used to produce pockets, sleeves and other similar types of CD containers. The color options we provide include the option of 1, 2, 3 and to 4 colors for printing, using a full-color CMYK/PMS color matching system with a selection of common and specialized ink types such as UV-ink and magnetic ink etc.
